Distance Sales Agreement
Effective Date: August 2026
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Little Hagia Sophia Workshop (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye.
1. Parties
This Agreement is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer who books a workshop through the Seller’s website.
The Seller’s legal name, registered address, tax information, contact details, and other official information are available on the website.
2. Subject
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller regarding the online purchase of a Turkish Delight Workshop reservation through the Seller’s website.
3. Booking & Payment
Reservations are completed through the online booking system.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information.
4. Service
The purchased service consists of participation in a Turkish Delight Workshop on the selected date and time.
Participants are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transportation, car rental, catering, leisure activities, workshops, courses, or similar services that are required to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Since the service purchased through this website is a workshop reservation for a specific date and time, the Buyer acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is not applicable after the reservation has been confirmed.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation or refund requests shall be evaluated in accordance with the Seller’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If the workshop is cancelled by the Seller, the Buyer may choose either:
* a full refund; or
* rescheduling to another available date.
7. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform the service due to force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
8. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the booking process shall be processed only for reservation management, customer support, and legal obligations in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Republic of Türkiye where applicable.
10. Acceptance
By completing the online reservation and payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement together with the Privacy Policy, Booking Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
