This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms applicable to purchases of physical products and bookings of art workshops made through the Little Hagia Sophia website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.

Buyer
The individual or entity placing an order or making a workshop reservation through the website, whose relevant details are provided during checkout.
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and Buyer regarding distance purchases made through the Little Hagia Sophia website.
Purchases may include:
Traditional Turkish art workshops, including Ebru Marbling, Turkish Mosaic Lamp, Turkish Delight, and Aromatherapy workshops.
Physical products offered through the Art Boutique.
The specific product or service, quantity, selected workshop date and time, price, taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable order details are those presented to the Buyer during checkout and confirmed in the order record.
The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or booking a workshop.
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.
The Seller will provide the required order or booking confirmation through the available communication channels.
The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and additional charges, will be disclosed before the Buyer completes the purchase.
Workshop reservations are for the date and time selected during booking, subject to availability and confirmation.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled workshop.
Late arrival may reduce the available participation time.
The Seller will provide the workshop service as described at the time of booking, subject to any changes permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation at least 48 hours before the workshop: The Buyer may cancel the booking and receive a full refund.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the workshop: The booking is generally non-refundable. However, the Buyer may request to reschedule to another available date, subject to the Seller's confirmation.
Failure to attend: No-show bookings are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Seller: If Little Hagia Sophia cancels a workshop, the Buyer will be offered a full refund or an alternative available date.
These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Under the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, certain services relating to leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where this exception legally applies to a particular workshop booking, the statutory right of withdrawal may not be available.
The applicability of any exception will depend on the nature and terms of the service and applicable legislation.
Regardless of whether a statutory exception applies, the Seller offers the cancellation and rescheduling arrangements described in Section 5.
Physical products ordered through the Art Boutique will be supplied in accordance with the product description and order details presented during checkout.
Delivery methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times will be communicated to the Buyer before the order is completed.
The Seller remains responsible for fulfilling its legal obligations concerning delivery, product conformity, and consumer remedies.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the Buyer may withdraw from a distance sales contract for physical goods within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The Buyer may communicate a withdrawal request using the Seller's contact details provided in this Agreement.
The procedures for returning products, applicable return shipping arrangements, and refund processing will be handled in accordance with Turkish consumer protection legislation and the information provided to the Buyer before purchase.
