Customers who cancel their workshop booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
However, customers may request to reschedule their workshop. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Little Hagia Sophia.
If a customer does not attend a booked workshop without prior notice, the booking is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
If we cancel a workshop, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
Customers purchasing physical products from our Art Boutique have the cancellation, return, and refund rights provided by applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
